Who we are
Porto AI Week is an independent, community-run festival held in Porto, Portugal, 14–18 September 2026, operated by NomadX. For anything about your data, email us at hello@portoaiweek.com.
What we collect
Your email address if you join the waitlist, and your event and organizer details if you apply to host an event. Nothing else. We use basic analytics to understand site traffic; we do not run advertising trackers.
Why
We use your email to send the Porto AI Week updates you asked for — based on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime. We use host application details to review your event and contact you about hosting, based on our legitimate interest in running the festival.
Event registrations happen on Luma
When you register for an individual event, that registration and your details are processed by Luma under Luma's own privacy policy, and shared with that event's host. Porto AI Week does not control Luma's processing.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it — and never longer than 24 months after the event.
Who else sees it
We never sell your data. We use email delivery providers to send our emails, and nothing more.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@portoaiweek.com. You also have the right to complain to the CNPD, Portugal's data protection authority.
